Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 21, 2026
Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Alatorre Law, P.C. (“Alatorre Law,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and retains personal information through alatorre.law, its subdomains (including crash.alatorre.law), landing pages, forms, scheduling tools, telephone calls, text messages, emails and related online services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit information through the Services.
Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with us. It may include:
- Contact and identifier information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address and preferred contact method.
- Inquiry and potential-matter information, such as the date and location of an incident, whether it occurred in Arizona, the type of matter, a description of what happened, injuries, insurance information and other details or documents you choose to provide.
- Scheduling and communication information, including appointment details, emails, text messages, call logs and communications with our intake team or answering service.
- Call recordings and related information. Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality assurance, training, intake, recordkeeping and dispute-resolution purposes after the caller receives a recording notice.
- Device, browser and activity information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URL, dates and times, approximate location derived from IP address, form interactions, campaign source and UTM values.
- Cookie, analytics and advertising information collected through cookies, pixels, tags, local storage and similar technologies.
How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you when you complete a form, request a guide, schedule an appointment, call, text, email or otherwise communicate with us. We also collect some information automatically through cookies and similar technologies. Service providers and integrations may provide us with information needed to operate the Services, route inquiries, attribute campaigns, schedule appointments and maintain our records.
How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- Respond to your inquiry, communicate with you and evaluate whether we can assist with a potential legal matter.
- Conduct intake, conflict checks, matter assessment and other steps related to a requested consultation.
- Schedule and manage appointments, send confirmations and reminders, and provide requested guides or information.
- Send follow-up information about legal services, resources or promotional content when permitted by law and consistent with your choices.
- Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Services and our business processes.
- Measure campaign performance, understand site usage and display or evaluate advertising.
- Maintain records of consent, communications, opt-outs, inquiries and potential matters.
- Comply with legal, regulatory and professional obligations; enforce our terms; protect rights and safety; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Calls, Text Messages and Emails
When you provide a telephone number or email address and submit a form, we may contact you about your inquiry and, if you have agreed, send follow-up information about legal services. Communications may be sent through automated technology. Consent to promotional calls or text messages is not a condition of hiring the firm. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP or using another reasonable method stated in the message. In our current workflow, a STOP reply also suppresses other automated follow-up contact associated with the inquiry. Reply HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails through the unsubscribe link in the email. Opting out does not prevent communications that are necessary to confirm the request, comply with law or manage an existing attorney-client relationship. See our SMS Terms for more information.
Telephone calls may be recorded by our call-tracking provider and answering service. Callers receive an audible notice that a call may be recorded for quality purposes.
Cookies, Analytics, Advertising and Embedded Content
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure traffic and conversions, understand campaign performance, prevent fraud and support advertising. These technologies may collect device and activity information and may associate it with campaign or account information held by the provider.
Our current tools may include Google Analytics or Google Ads, Meta Pixel or Conversions API, and YouTube video embeds. These companies may process information under their own privacy policies. Browser settings and privacy tools may allow you to limit cookies, but blocking them may affect site functions. Where required, we will request consent before using non-essential technologies.
How We Disclose Information
We do not sell or rent personal information for money. We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers and processors. We use providers to host and build pages, manage intake and communications, schedule appointments, automate integrations, track calls, provide answering services, analyze traffic, measure advertising and embed media. These providers may include Leadpages, Lawmatics, Calendly, CallTrackingMetrics, Zapier or Make, Google, Meta and YouTube. They receive information only as needed to perform services for us or as otherwise described at collection.
- Referral counsel at your direction. If you ask for a referral or authorize us to contact another attorney, we may provide that attorney with information reasonably necessary for the referral. When practical, we may instead give you the attorney’s contact information without transmitting yours.
- Professional advisers. We may disclose information to lawyers, accountants, insurers, auditors and other advisers as reasonably necessary for professional services, risk management or legal compliance.
- Legal, safety and rights protection. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order or professional obligation, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and security or to investigate fraud or misuse.
- Business transactions. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets or similar transaction, subject to appropriate protections and applicable law.
Mobile Information
We do not share mobile telephone information, text-message opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide this information to service providers that help us deliver and manage messages, such as Lawmatics and telecommunications providers, solely for operational purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with unrelated third parties for their marketing.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including evaluating inquiries, performing conflict checks, documenting consent and communications, meeting legal or professional obligations, protecting security, resolving disputes and establishing or defending claims. An inquiry that does not become a client matter may be marked closed, lost or spam and removed from active follow-up while its record remains in our systems. Retention periods vary by the type of information, the relationship and applicable obligations. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal, ethical, backup and recordkeeping requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe information you provided has been compromised, contact us promptly at privacy@alatorre.law.
Your Choices and Requests
You may ask us to provide access to, correct or delete personal information we maintain about you, or to explain how it has been used or disclosed. You may also withdraw communication consent or object to certain uses. To submit a privacy request, email privacy@alatorre.law. We may verify your identity and request before acting.
We will consider requests in accordance with applicable law. We may retain information or decline a request where necessary to comply with law or professional duties, protect legal rights, conduct conflict checks, preserve records of consent and communications, maintain security, prevent fraud or establish or defend claims.
Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact privacy@alatorre.law.
Third-Party Sites and Services
The Services may link to or embed third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Policy. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise.
