Program Description
This Privacy Policy explains how Alatorre Law, P.C. (“Alatorre Law,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and retains personal information through alatorre.law, its subdomains (including crash.alatorre.law), landing pages, forms, scheduling tools, telephone calls, text messages, emails and related online services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit information through the Services.
Information We Collect
You may enroll by submitting a web form or otherwise providing your express consent to receive text messages at the telephone number you provide. By consenting, you authorize Alatorre Law to send informational and promotional text messages, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of hiring the firm or purchasing any service. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number and are authorized to provide consent.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us, the status of your inquiry and scheduled appointments. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Alatorre Law does not charge a separate fee for text messages.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We also honor other reasonable revocation methods communicated to us, as required by law. After an opt-out request, we may send one confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. We will not send further promotional text messages unless you later provide new consent.
In our current workflow, a STOP reply also suppresses other automated follow-up contact associated with the inquiry. Our intake system may retain a record of the inquiry, consent and opt-out for legal, professional and recordkeeping purposes even after communications stop.

Delivery and Supported Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier, device, network availability and other factors outside our control. The program may not be available on all devices or carriers.
Number Changes
If you change, deactivate or transfer your telephone number, please notify us promptly or opt out before the change. You are responsible for ensuring that messages are not sent to a person who later receives your former number.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile telephone information, opt-in data or consent with unrelated third parties for their own marketing. We may use service providers, including Lawmatics and telecommunications providers, to deliver and manage the program.
Changes or Termination
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including evaluating inquiries, performing conflict checks, documenting consent and communications, meeting legal or professional obligations, protecting security, resolving disputes and establishing or defending claims. An inquiry that does not become a client matter may be marked closed, lost or spam and removed from active follow-up while its record remains in our systems. Retention periods vary by the type of information, the relationship and applicable obligations. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal, ethical, backup and recordkeeping requirements.
